Basic Services

Home inspections either daily, weekly, bi-weekly or any other frequency needed:

• Check home interior and exterior for signs of vandalism, trespassing, weather damage, etc.
• Start and check automobiles
• Check the security and functioning of windows and door locks
• Test or flush water fixtures
• Adjust and test thermostats
• Ensure appliances, furnace, water heater, etc. Are in working order
• Water plants as necessary

 You will receive electronic reports with digital photos.  If concerns are noted, you will be contacted to determine what action we should take on your behalf.
